How long does delivery take?

We prepare each order in Seoul in 2–4 business days, then Korea Post EMS takes 2–7 business days to your country, plus customs. Most parcels arrive in 4–11 business days.

Will I pay customs duties?

Prices do not include your country's import duties or taxes. Many countries let low-value parcels through duty-free; when duties apply, customs or the carrier asks you on arrival.

Are the products genuine?

Every product is bought sealed from authorized retail in Korea and packed unopened. We never open, decant or relabel.

Can I return an opened product?

Opened cosmetics cannot be resold, so they cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed defect. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
